Podstata tohoto modelu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00a0p\u0159ijet\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte jako jedine\u010dn\u00e9 osobnosti, na kterou je pohl\u00ed\u017eeno bez p\u0159edsudk\u016f o jeho schopnostech a p\u0159edpokladech. Vlivem bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho, respektuj\u00edc\u00edho a d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b \u0161anci v sob\u011b objevit to, co pot\u0159ebuje rozvinout. Programem Za\u010d\u00edt spolu zohled\u0148ujeme individualitu a jedine\u010dnost ka\u017ed\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 bytosti, s c\u00edlem co nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n<p>Usilujeme o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozvoj osobnosti d\u00edt\u011bte. Rozv\u00edjen\u00ed vlastn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f, pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kladn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed a z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pozitivn\u00edho vztahu k celo\u017eivotn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b se u\u010d\u00ed n\u00e9st odpov\u011bdnost, u\u010d\u00ed se toleranci k druh\u00fdm a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed si zdrav\u00e9 sebepojet\u00ed. C\u00edlem pedagogick\u00e9ho procesu je dos\u00e1hnout vysok\u00e9ho stupn\u011b samostatnosti d\u011bt\u00ed, individu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 budou schopn\u00e9 uplat\u0148ovat v dal\u0161\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Za d\u016fle\u017eitou oblast vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdchovy pova\u017eujeme rozvoj emo\u010dn\u00edch a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch projekt\u016f, p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016f z knih, modelov\u00fdch situac\u00ed, kooperace, dramatick\u00e9ho ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00ed usilujeme o rozvoj vnit\u0159n\u00edch kvalit osobnosti d\u011bt\u00ed. Toho d\u00e1le dosahujeme vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch pravidel a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdm uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm front\u00e1ln\u00edch, skupinov\u00fdch a individu\u00e1ln\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edho a emo\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdvoje je schopnost sebehodnocen\u00ed. K\u00a0tomu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me zejm\u00e9na hodnot\u00edc\u00edho kruhu, kter\u00fd je organizov\u00e1n po skon\u010den\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edmo \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed v Centrech aktivit. Sebehodnocen\u00ed je tak\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komunitn\u00edch kruh\u016f, kde d\u011bti vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed svoje pocity, p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed a hodnot\u00ed pr\u00e1ci a spolupr\u00e1ci sv\u00fdch spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cinnosti jsou ka\u017ed\u00fd den obm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1ny a pl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny tak, aby d\u011bti motivovaly a stimulovaly ke h\u0159e k proaktivnosti a k zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. Program jednozna\u010dn\u011b up\u0159ednost\u0148uje a podporuje sv\u00fdm v\u011bcn\u00fdm uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm a podn\u011btnou nab\u00eddkou skupinov\u00e9 kooperativn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, p\u0159i nich\u017e se d\u011bti vzd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi metodami a zp\u016fsoby. Maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti a mo\u017enosti u\u010dit se zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd vyhovuje jejich individu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m, maj\u00ed prostor k sebevyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed a k sebehodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011btem nab\u00edz\u00edme \u010dinnosti v prostor\u00e1ch \u0161koly, ale i na \u0161koln\u00ed zahrad\u011b, okoln\u00edm lese, kde maj\u00ed mo\u017enost voln\u00e9ho pohybu. Rozv\u00edj\u00ed hrubou motoriku, orientaci v prostoru a lokomo\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti. D\u00edky p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm jev\u016fm a p\u0159irozen\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a dovednosti. Na zahrad\u011b se formou p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho pro\u017eitku, kde pracuj\u00ed, zkoumaj\u00ed a pozoruj\u00ed, u\u010d\u00ed pe\u010dovat o p\u0159\u00edrodu a buduj\u00ed si pro environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup.<\/p>\n<p>Za velmi podstatnou pova\u017eujeme spolupr\u00e1ci s rodinou, \u010d\u00edm\u017e mimo jin\u00e9 napl\u0148ujeme z\u00e1m\u011bry R\u00e1mcov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho program pro p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
